Since the summer is dwindling and work mode is in full force, we decided it would be the perfect opportunity to share some meal prep ideas with you all. These easy, meal-prepped lunches are a great way to save time and stay balanced during the week.
Let me just say I know we’ve all been there…procrastination is the biggest thief of time. We are often left feeling overwhelmed by the amount of work that needs to be completed especially when we are on a deadline, have homework to finish, tests to study, chores to do. The list goes on.
It would be an understatement if I were to say I was not thinking about fall. It is one of my favorite times of the year as the foliage in New England changes and ultimately my style. Ahh it’s that time of the year again! The Nordstom Anniversary Sale which is the most anticipated sale for the summer. I remember when I was growing up this was always the time of the year my mom would purchase a ton of new clothes and shoes for back to school and I would leave Nordstom feeling like a superstar.
This summer I’ve made a vow to myself to be more active! This past year I have made countless excuses as to why I didn’t feel like working out which in the long run has made it harder for me to get back into the habit of exercise.
