February has flown by! I am proud of the content I have been sharing with you all lately on Instagram. I have been having fun creating outfit reels and sharing more of my work outfits and weekend looks in motion. I have also been having fun creating new outfits with my clothes. Due to planning a wedding this year, I have been considerate of my expenses and minimized my consumption of goods.
Spring 2024 Wishlist
Spring is on my mind! The good part is we are getting closer and closer each day. I am dreaming of the lighter layers and the simple looks. While I love a winter layer, Spring dressing is much more fun and playful. With the new season comes a wardrobe refresh. These are the items I love for the upcoming season.
Instagram Lately January
It has been a while since I shared a few images and links of products that I have posted on my Instagram over here on the blog. If you are not following me on Instagram you will see many more daily looks, reels, and other things that I love in the moment on stories. I want to do these monthly recaps so you can easily find product links to previous posts as well.
Holiday Outfit: Green
Green is such a beautiful color to wear for Christmas! It is just a little different than the traditional red that usually becomes more popular around this time. Trust me, I love red for the holidays, but green can seem unexpected to wear. I am sharing three ways you can incorporate green into your holiday outfits.
Holiday Outfit: Sequins
It is officially December which means Christmas is only four weeks away! Although the day is wonderful and the presents are great, I love the anticipation of Christmas. The baking, the friends and family gatherings, holiday parties, and most importantly the OUTFITS. It is the best time of the year to have fun and be playful with your looks. I am kicking off a new mini-outfit series for holiday outfit inspiration with the first one being on sequins.
The Four Fall Coats You Need In Your Wardrobe
The weather is getting cooler and the layering is beginning. It is now time to bring out the light coats to keep you warm and stylish. There are four fall coats that you should have in your closet to rotate during the fall and into winter. Your outerwear pieces are now the final touches to your look. It should be easy to keep an outfit simple with a good outerwear piece. These coats are timeless styles and should last for years to come.
Floral Dresses for Fall
I am all about repurposing what is already in the closet, especially when the weather is starting to cool and you may not want to let go of wearing color and fun prints. The easiest way to transition into the fall weather is to bring out some of your favorite floral dresses and wear them with a blazer, loafers or boots, and a biker jacket.
What I’m Loving from Banana Republic Factory this Summer
I have always been a fan of Banana Republic style. I find their clothes to be chic and affordable. I love the inclusivity of height and extended sizing. This summer I found some new favorite pieces from Banana Republic Factory which I have been rotating in my daily looks.
Affordable Summer Bags
It is the time of year I trade my heavier leather bags for more playful colors and earthy fabrics. Having a woven bag is the perfect summer accessory that can be worn day and night.
The Athletic Dress
I am officially obsessed with athletic dresses. I typically try not to fall into trends as I, like most push those trendy pieces to the back of the closet after the season ends. However, I made an exception as this look is one that will remain timeless as a casual look.
