When I got engaged last September, I could not wait to get started on the prepping and planning of the wedding. Since we got engaged during vacation, I waited until I arrived home and immediately began writing my to-do list. I knew that with my busy schedule, I needed to choose companies and vendors I could rely on to make easy decisions. I was so happy to have found Basic Invite to help start the process for my wedding invites.
I knew that I wanted to send physical cards to my guest for the Save the Dates and the Wedding Invites. I was very impressed by the selection of wedding invites offered on the Basic Invite site which allowed me to easily find a template that suited my needs. Additional key factors I was looking for included affordability and quality.
With their ready to edit templates, their site made the process easy to customize with over 180 colors to choose from which allowed me to match my wedding colors perfectly. I chose a simple template, added my image, and edited the text. If I wanted another interesting element to the card, I could have chosen a foil card in either gold, silver, or rose gold. This option could have added such a beautiful and elegant look to the card.
When creating my invites, I did not think of the option to create all in one wedding invitations. This style invite combines the invite, details of the wedding, rsvp, and envelope in a foldable format. This makes it super convenient to reduce time in creating three different elements for the wedding cards and stuffing envelopes.
I like that they offered free peel-and-stick envelopes with the order. To make life even easier to prepare for mailing, you may choose to have your guest’s addresses printed on the envelopes. If you do not have all your guest addresses should you choose to have them printed, then you can share a link with your guests via socials or text where they can input their address with their included address-capturing service.
Once I was happy with the design of my card, I ordered a sample before completing the bulk order to ensure the quality of the image and card looked exactly how I wanted it to. Overall, I was very happy with my order from Basic Invite and now have a go to company for creating cards for all special moments going forward.
