Holiday Cocktails

I can’t believe Christmas is already one week away! Here are some holiday cocktails that are easy and different to try with friends and family. I have my eye on the recipe for the Nooku Bulldog cocktail. Cheers!

Fireside Cocktail

1 ½ oz GREY GOOSE® Vodka

¼ oz No. 2 Organic Maple Syrup

1 Sprig of Rosemary

1 Pinch of Salt

2 oz freshly Squeezed Pink Grapefruit Juice

At the bottom of the glass crush, the rosemary leaves into the maple syrup and salt. Fill with ice and add vodka. Top with fresh grapefruit juice and stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Pine Barrens

1.5 oz Vodka

0.5 oz green chartreuse

1 oz lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

Shake all ingredients together and pour into a glass garnished with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

Bourbon Apple

2 oz bourbon

1 oz ginger syrup*

1 oz unfiltered apple juice

1 oz lemon juice

A few cracks of black pepper

*Ginger Syrup: 2 oz. of ginger to 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Let cool. Strain. Store in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.

Combine all ingredients, shake, and strain. Garnish with a slice of apple.

Nooku Bulldog

4 oz Nooku Bourbon Cream

2 oz concentrated cold brew coffee or 1 oz espresso

Sprinkle ground espresso on top

Combine all ingredients in a glass over ice and stir. Garnish with ground espresso.
