An easy and tasty green juice recipe you will want to make on repeat. I do not juice as a replacement for a meal, but as an additional way to incorporate the benefits of fruits and vegetables. I recently made a batch, and my MIL and husband can both attest that it is delicious!

For the fruit and vegetables, be sure to wash them thoroughly before juicing. Cut into smaller pieces to feed the juicer easily.
1 Fennel
2 Green Apples
4 sticks of Celery (optional). I do not always put celery in mine
2 Cucumbers
1 Lemon
The best part about making fresh juice is that it is completely up to your taste and preferences. You can add additional fruits and vegetables that you prefer. This is what I have been enjoying as fennel has some really great health benefits, such as heart health, reduces inflammation, improves digestion, and more. I recommend drinking this in the morning on an empty stomach.
Be sure to store your juice in air-tight containers and consume it within 3 days to enjoy the freshness and maximize nutritional value.
