February was short but sweet! It was a busy month from working in NYC, a few celebrations, to the last of winter weather.
Here’s what I loved during February:
- I love to find unique, stylish, and affordable earrings. I found these vintage-style earrings by House of Hunter which I have been wearing nonstop. I have the Chunky Gold Vintage Square Statement Earring and the Gold & Black Vintage Stud Statement Earring. Both have received compliments and they add a simple but interesting factor to outfits without breaking the bank.
- One boot I added to my closet is these Schutz boots! The elongated square toe shape is so classy and pairs well with jeans and trousers. The heel height is perfect so you can walk around all day.
- I did have a bit of a breakout last month, so I started using the Clinique Clarifying Lotion again. I used this product in high school and college as I had more acne-prone skin. As I’ve gotten older, I tend to have minimal breakouts. I forgot how well this product works; it quickly reduces the size of pimples within days. I also like to use Witch Hazel as an adorable and effective option.
- My go-to lip combo for February was the NYX Lip Liner in Ever and the NYX Slick Click in the Link in My Bio.
- During my week working in the city, I ate from Tony Dragon’s food truck every day. They make fresh, simple, and delicious Greek food. Their vinaigrette is the best I’ve ever had and their tzatziki is incredible. The portions are great and the price is very reasonable for the city! They typically sit on Madison & E 62nd.
- Lastly, I had a fun city day with some ladies! We went to Olfactory to create custom fragrances. I created my scent with a base of vanilla and hazelnut with notes of cardamon. This is a great spot for a date activity, a bachelorette party, or a day with friends.
