February was a month that I really felt as though I had a good routine. I began to feel as though I was managing grad school work easier with full-time work. I enjoyed the simple things like wearing my favorite sweatshirt on my days off and making chai lattes in the morning.
Here are the things I loved last month:
Fashion Sneaker $15: I purchased these sneakers for work because they are not branded and in my dress code. They have a memory foam sole which make them super comfortable. They have a similar look to the Adidas Stan Smith which was my go-to sneaker before. I ordered mine for curbside pickup and received them within a few hours!
Firefly Lane: Based on the series by Kristin Hannah the story draws you in from the beginning. It captures the rollercoaster of friendship, love, and family. Watch it on Netflix.
Nylon Tote: I purchased a new tote bag for work that is large enough to carry everything I need, that is stylish and durable. I love this tote because it has a similar look to the Longchamp Le Pliage Tote but half the price. I am all about finding quality pieces at great value.
Miss Jessie’s Jelly Soft Curls: This is the only product I used to style my curly hair. Unlike other gels, this one left my hair soft and bouncy. It did not leave strands visibly held or with a crunchy texture. I typically use Miss Jessie’s Pillow Soft Curls but wanted to try something different.
Funnel-Neck Sweatshirt: My number one go-to item for any day off running at home or running errands. Looks great with sweat pants or jeans and sneakers.
Amazon Sweater: I have shared this sweater before but I am sharing it again because I really love it. I originally received it for Christmas in a sage green color and ordered another one in black for work. I love the high-low hem and the fact that it covers the rear. It looks elegant and elevated no matter how it is styled. Plus, it washes fine!
