Over the course of the past two months I have been addicted to drinking smoothies in the morning. I have to say that the only reason I started drinking them was because my school opened a section in the cafe that makes fresh smoothies from fruit and vegetables. Part of my New Year’s Resolution was to eat more fruits and vegetables, and by me drinking a smoothie every morning, I feel as though I am fulfilling my goal.
Part of fashion and beauty includes feeling and looking healthy. You can have all the clothes and shoes you want, but if you are not feeling healthy, you most likely will not be content. I usually do not like to drink any type of green juice, but I pushed myself out of my food discomfort.
In My Smoothie
- Ice (not to much)
- Spinach
- Kale
- Frozen Strawberries
- Banana
- Greek Yogurt
- Soymilk (You can choose whatever liquid you want)
I have tried other smoothie variations, but I did not like them. I found that this is the perfect blend of fruit and vegetables. What is your favorite smoothie?

Have you tried them vegan? I love them with some chia or flax seed and no yogurt 🙂
filled with greens, and sometimes for something sweet like a dessert I would go with this combination:
Dark Cocoa
Almond Milk
Ice
Bananas
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Dates (sometimes)
Almond Butter (Or organic peanut butter)
Add a little bit of Flax seeds (for more nutrition)
Try it for a nice dessert, super delicious!

Nice. I blend frozen raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, banana, and spinach with some greek yogurt, juice, and milk. No ice. It’s easy to do every morning and gives you great energy!
